A folksy denim kids waistcoat recycled from vintage denim and lined with soft and cosy check fabric. On the back is rainbow fringe and the waistcoat fastens with wooden toggles.
Bright and colourful, it’s perfect for jazzing up any occasion and would look just as amazing worn either with jeans or over a party dress!
Created entirely from vintage and deadstock fabrics to be more sustainable and give a unique item. Denim shades will vary slightly due to the nature of recycling.
Handmade to order in my studio in London.

Care instructions : Wash inside out on a cold, gentle wash as little as you can get away with!

At Double Denim, I create high-quality, robust and original children’s wear for a stylish and environmentally conscious customer. The brand began when I started making clothes for my own children. I wanted comfy clothes that were robust and practical, but that were also fun and original - things I enjoyed seeing the kids wearing. I design with the kid's needs forefront – unisex styles that are easy to pull on and off and perfect for playing - but with a unique and individual style that isn't the standard high street offering. At the heart of Double Denim is durability, functionality and classic style with a fun and colourful twist. Every item is hand made in my studio in London, where production is primarily on a made-to-order basis. Sustainability is an integral part of the brand. The main material I use is second hand denim, adding in vintage and deadstock fabrics to bring colour and print to the designs. Longevity of the product is a focus with stretchy waistbands, generous turn ups and roomy fit to allowing for a longer period of wear. Everything at Double Denim has been designed to be loved well and then handed down! -
