WHY WE LOVE CASHMERE

There are so many reasons to love cashmere, here just some of them…

Cosy- Cashmere is eight, (yes, read that right, EIGHT!), times warmer than wool so will keep little ones snug.

Hypoallergenic- The super-soft texture of cashmere is gentle on the delicate skin of babies and children.

Breathable- Cashmere’s natural fibres allow air to flow, keeping you cosy in the cold but cool in the heat.

Lightweight- The delicate and fine cashmere fibres are feather-light making it incredibly easy to wear.

CARING FOR CASHMERE

Cashmere is a delicate material that requires a little love to keep it at it’s best. Hand wash in cold water or machine wash on a cold, delicate cycle. Avoid fabric conditioner which can alter the feel of the cashmere.

OUR STORY

My dad loved a cashmere jumper and his grandchildren loved snuggling next to his cosy cashmere for bedtime stories. When he passed away, it didn’t seem right to give the jumpers away to the charity shop. Instead, I made them into cosy accessories for us to wear and remember him. The rest, as they say, is history.

I absolutely love creating new products and get so excited when I get a new colour of jumper in that I can turn into hats, mittens, earwarmers, snoods, booties or… something new!
